To purchase works by bank card, you must be an authorised member of the Ilgiz Fazulzyanov Jewellery Art Appreciation Club.
Select your favourite pieces from the gallery on the website and book a fitting. A manager will contact you to confirm the time and place of your visit.
Once you have tried on the selected pieces and are ready to purchase them, the manager will prepare your order list and send it to your email.
By following the link, you will see your order and can pay by card immediately.
When collecting the works, you must sign a purchase document with your details. This information is strictly confidential.
The return period for goods of proper quality is 30 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds are credited to your bank account within 5–30 business days (depending on the bank that issued your card).

Under the law, return or exchange of gold or silver products is only possible if there is a manufacturing defect in the jewellery itself. In accordance with Article 476 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the seller is not liable for defects that arose after the jewellery was transferred to the buyer. By law, gold or silver jewellery can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
By law, jewellery can be returned if there are grounds:
- there is a hallmark on gold or silver products, but it does not correspond to reality;
- stones are falling out of the jewellery;
- watches purchased at a specialist jewellery store soon stopped working, work incorrectly, or the bracelet broke;
- shortly after purchasing a gold or silver bracelet or chain, defects appeared — loose links, faulty clasp, broken fastener, torn item.
By law, gold and silver products can be returned or exchanged:
- within 14 days of purchase if a visible defect was found;
- within six months if a hidden defect was found.
Under the law, purchased goods can be returned at any time during the warranty period. Usually the manufacturer sets the warranty period. If the manufacturer does not specify the warranty date, the seller may set it. Therefore, return periods for jewellery may vary.
